It seems pumpkin muffins are going to have to be a regular visiting relative on the Pie Shop menu. I made a batch to take down to my brother a few weekends ago, and as typical baking Laura may have it, i made too many. So my friends and college bible study got the leftovers. Since then I have had over 6 different people request them.
As I give them there baggie of cute mini goodness, they thank me and stuff 3 in their mouth simultaneously. But what they don't know, is that I enjoy it way too much and it is more selfish than it comes across.
Oh well. Do what you enjoy and share it with the world.
